Bios
Dr. Jessica Meineke, PT, DPTA, CMTPT/DN, ATC, cert-APHPT is an orthopedic and sports. physical therapist who has a passion for helping all athletes move & perform better. She graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Slippery Rock University (PA) after earning her Bachelor's of Science in Athletic Training; minoring in Exercise Science from Mount St. Joseph University (OH).
Dr. Jessica founded BenePT to treat her friends & family with the BEST care possible! Her patients and athletes appreciate her holistic approach to pain relief, recovery, and prevention. Stemming from her goals of doing everything we can to keep people in their sports & moving!
Dr. Jessica currently treats many CrossFit, weightlifting, powerlifting, running, football, baseball, climbing, aerial athletes; general adults, and more. Dr. Jessica has experience working with various high school, collegiate, club, and professional level sports teams. She has worked with many pre & post surgery. Enjoys coaching people with chronic pain & other conditions back to activities and sports that they love.
Dr. Jessica has gone through extensive training for manual techniques, joint mobilization, function movement screening, cupping, Graston/IASTM, exercise prescription, dry needling, pelvic floor, diagnostic ultrasound, CrossFit, weightlifting, and more.
She is part of a big Italian family (hence the name 'Bene,' and spends her free time with her husband, family, dancing, learning, working CrossFit or powerlifting events, networking, climbing, supporting Cincinnati Rugby, cooking, trying new workouts/activities, or walking her dog (Jura).

Karissa has a passion for helping athletes and active individuals recover from injury, optimize performance, and prevent future setbacks. Combining her background as a Physical Therapist Assistant with a fitness-forward mindset, she delivers a personalized, movement-driven approach to care.
After earning her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Hanover College and her Bachelor’s degree from Miami University, Karissa pursued advanced training in sports rehabilitation, manual therapy, dry needling, and movement analysis. She has extensive experience helping active people of all levels return to what they love—stronger, more resilient, and ready to perform at their best.
A Dayton, Ohio native, Karissa enjoys spending her free time outdoors and in the kitchen. She stays active through CrossFit and weightlifting, which give her firsthand insight into the demands of athletic performance. On weekends, she can often be found hiking with her Keeshond, Ruby, or experimenting with new recipes. Of the many national parks she’s explored, the Grand Tetons remain her favorite.
