Cupping |
Graston/IASTM |
Originating in China, cupping is a suctioned cup applied to the skin to "lift" layers of soft tissue to improve fluid/blood flow which assists in tightness and pain.

Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) or scraping the skin gently to identify and treat scar tissue and adhesions. This can be used for great release as well as relaxing, massage type treatment.

Therapeutic ExerciseA prescribed regimen of planned movements and activities to benefit and assist the healing of your particular condition. Our exercise prescription reinforces our manual treatments and patient achievements in flexibility, strength, fitness, etc.

Myofascial ReleaseManual technique to reduce adhesions and tightness in the muscular & fascial system that is oftentimes calming, pain relieving, and improves range of motion.

Active/Trigger Point Release (ART)The manual release of “knots” or trigger points in muscles that often involves some sort of movement/exercise to relief pain and tension and improve function.

Craniosacral therapyGentle, hands on technique to assess and treat the mobility of cerebrospinal fluid that surrounds the spinal cord and brain. Often beneficial for headaches, neck pain, back pain, and neural tension.

Visceral ManipulationA gentle manual technique to reduce adhesions and improve mobility of abdominopelvic organs to improve (back, hip, or leg) pain, digestion, bloating, reproductive function, menstrual pains, and more.

TelehealthThe use of virtual platforms to conduct assessments and treatments. Almost as effective and much more convenient for patients that involves closely guided and educated self-treatment and movement in the comfort of your home. Can be conducted to those in Ohio with more to come!

Guided exercise and strength training sessions to help you feel comfortable at your new gym, with new CrossFit moves, or to find the right personal trainer near you.

We’ve helped many people with pain and posture just with proper breath training. Common and static positions, injuries, pain, and stressors throw off our breathing mechanics and can increase pain and dysfunction. We can help you reset this! Many find this relaxing as we know it helps with sympathetic and parasympathetic (fight/flight) regulation.
